摘要
DNA分子标记是指以DNA的多态性为基础的遗传标记,能够稳定遗传,且遗传方式简单。近年来,已有一些DNA分子标记技术建立,并已迅速广泛应用于作物遗传育种领域。本文简要介绍了RFLP、RAPD、AP-PCR、DAF、SPARs、SSR锚定PCR、AFLPs、AMP-FLPs、STRs、SSRs、CAPs等11种DNA分子标记的原理和遗传特性,着重概述了其在作物杂种优势预测及机理研究方面的应用进展,探讨了今后的研究展望。
DNA molecular markers, based on the polymorphisms at the DNA level, were generally stably inherited in a simple mode. Some DNA molecular marker techniques have been developed and extensively applied in crop genetics and breeding in recent years. The principles and genetic patterns of 11 kinds of DNA molecular markers (RFLP、RAPD、AP PCR、DAF、 SPARs、 SSR anchored PCR、AFLPs、 AMP FLPs、STRs、 SSRs、CAPs ) were summarized, and their applications in crop heterosis prediction and mechanisms were emphasized and discussed in the paper.
