介绍了传感器原理及结构。
During the coal rock cutting, the cutting resistance on the bit is an important data for the design of bit constuction and operating mechanism.In the study of coal rock breaking in China, the measurement of cutting resistance Z is mainly on pulling sensor and pressing sensor. Such measurement has brought a big problem to the experiment and theoretical study.The three directional force measuring sensor for the experiment of coal rock cutting is not available in China.For the purpose of the study, this paper is to develop the three directional force measuring sensor which can be simple, reliable and correctly to measure the cutting resistance.
