摘要
目的总结206例法洛氏四联症手术的临床经验。方法2004年1月-2008年12月,共完成法洛氏四联症外科手术206例。其中男性143例,女性63例,年龄5个月～42(8.50±4.62)岁;姑息性手术5例,根治手术201例。结果5例姑息性手术均存活,201例根治术存活192例,术后早期死亡9例,死亡率4%。12例1年后随访有慢性右心功能不全,无晚期死亡。死亡原因呼吸衰竭4例、严重低心排3例、严重并发症多脏器衰竭2例。结论对婴幼儿TOF多能一期根治;呼衰是法氏根治术后死亡主要原因;术中监测右室压及保留房间隔缺损有利于术后恢复。
Objective To review the experience of repair for tetralogy of Fallot （TOF） in 206 patients for 5 years. Methods From January,2004 to December,2008,206 patients（male 143,female 63） were underwent repair of TOF. The patients aged from 5 months to 42 years old： 5 patients of first-staged palliation and 201 patients of total repair. Results 9 patients died after operation in 201patients of total repair. The mortality was 4%,4 died of respiration failure;3 died of low cardiac output syndrome;2died of mutil -organs dysfunction. 12 patients had right heart failure one year after operation. Conclusion The total repair for TOF in infancy are satisfactory; Respiratory failure is still one of the most common complications; The pressure monitor of right ventrieular and keeping the open of ASD sometimes in operation are necessary.
