摘要
为了开发二氧化氯和乙醛酸绿色生产工艺,创新设计了用乙二醛在硫酸介质中还原氯酸同时生产二氧化氯和乙醛酸工艺路线,并对新工艺路线进行了实验研究。在氯酸、乙二醛、硫酸物质的量比为2.5∶1∶1、反应温度为45℃、反应压力为-0.07 MPa、反应时间为8 h的优化工艺条件下,二氧化氯收率为85.6%,乙醛酸收率为78.6%。新工艺安全稳定、无污染,可大大降低二氧化氯和乙醛酸生产成本。
In order to develop green production process for chlorine dioxide and glyoxylic acid.A new technology that chlorine dioxide and glyoxylic acid were produced simultaneously in sulfuric acid by reducing chloric acid with glyoxal was creatively designed and tested.Yields of chlorine dioxide and glyoxylic acid were 85.6% and 78.6% respectively,under the optimized process conditions as follows:n(chloric acid)∶n(glyoxal)∶n(sulfuric acid)=2.5∶1∶1,reaction temperature was 45 ℃,reaction pressure was-0.07 MPa,and reaction time was 8 h. New technology has good process security and stability;non-polluting and could greatly reduce the production cost of chlorine dioxide and glyoxylic acid.
