摘要
目的:了解萧山区2008年卫生投诉举报的情况。方法:对萧山区2008年卫生投诉举报按类别、方式、时间分布以及处理情况等进行统计分析。结果:萧山区2008年共受理投诉举报560起,其中食品卫生问题最多,方式以电话投诉为主,时间分布以第三季度为主,处理以取缔为主。结论:要重点整治无证经营行为和提高食品经营单位的卫生条件,并加强第三季度的卫生监督工作;同时鼓励社会监督。
Objective To analyze health complaints of Xiaoshan district in 2008.MethodThe complaints and report data of the Health Inspection Institute of Xiaoshan in 2008 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Among the 259 complaints,food hygiene was the mainly problem and telephone call was the mainly way of making complaints.Complaint and report mainly occurred in the third quarter and the main way of handling them was banning.Conclusions Health inspection should be strengthened especially in the third quarter and the main way of handling them was banning.Conclusions Health inspection should he strengthened especially in the third quarter. The focus should he put on banning sales without hygienic licence and improving sanitary condition in shops selling foods. Meanwhile, social supervision should be encouraged.
