摘要
本文从电动机与传动装置机械特性间的关系来深探刮板链的安全问题。
It is used to take max. tension of the chain under a normal operation of AFC as a loading to calculate the safe factor of flight chain for AFC. Based on this calculation, the safe factor na has a big clearance which could have a big difference between estmated loading and actual loading. Therefore, this calculation could not correctly explain the safety of the chain. It held the safe factor of chain has a close relationship with a study of mechnical characeristics of electric motor and driven device. A breaking of chain is caused by a force from driven device. Therefoe, the safe factor of chain is calculated base on max. loading effected on the chain by the driven device.
