摘要
采用随机区组设计，应用方差分析方法，提出了安徽省马尾松大田育苗截根的最佳时间和最佳深度。通过３ａ的试验初步得出：截根深度以９ｃｍ和１０ｃｍ较好，截根时间８月中旬至９月中旬较好，造林成活率为９７％。
The experiment was carried out in randomized block design and variance analysis in Anhui Provance.Data from the experiment for 3 years indicated that Pinus massoniana seedlings of cutting roots at 9～10 cm during the second ten days of August to the second ten days of September grew better than that of check and their survival rate in field reached 97 percent.
