摘要
结合居住区规划实践经验,就居住区总体规划中常遇到的几个指标,即用地红线、道路红线、建筑线、绿线、蓝线、紫线、道路交通、建筑高度、容积率、建筑密度及绿地率等作了概述,以达到合理规划居住区的目的。
By combining with the practical experience for residential complex planning,the paper indicates some common indicates in the general planning in residential complex,including the land red-line,the road red-line,the building line,the green line,the blue line,the purple line,the road traffic,the building height,the plot ratio,the building density and the green land ratio,so as to achieve reasonable residential complex planning.
