摘要
ZJ114卷接机组卷制直径为5.4 mm的超细烟支时,其风室部件输送到烟枪的烟丝束零乱,且烟丝通道堵丝,为此对ZJ114卷接机组的风室部件进行了改进。内容包括:①计算设计铲丝刀内腔出入口的截面积;②根据左右导向板、风室导轨的安装位置,绘制风室烟丝通道装配数据运行曲线,应用总体标准差对数据进行计算验证;③重新设计吸丝钢带、钢带顶导轨、吸丝钢带传动架等零件;④风室吸风控制系统中,将风室电机与变频器连接,及时调整电机的工作频率。改进后的ZJ114卷接机组,风室部件能够稳定地向烟枪输送符合卷制直径5.4 mm烟支要求的烟丝束。性能稳定可靠,各项技术指标满足生产要求。
For making super slim cigarette with the diameter of 5.4 mm, the suction chamber assembly in ZJ114 cigarette making machine was modified : 1 ) redesigning the inner profile of the shoe ; 2) according to the position of right and left guides and trough rail, drawing the working curve for trough assembly installed according to the parameters, and verifying the data with population standard deviation; 3) redesigning the suction band, top rail, bracket and related parts; 4) connecting the suction chamber motor with a frequency converter to adjust the motor' s frequency timely. The modified machine makes qualified super slim cigarettes 5.4mm in diameter successfully and runs stably and reliably.
