Technology of Drop Inclined Shaft Sinking

摘要 介绍斜井施工方案比较,斜井沉井施工工艺特点、过程、注意事项和技术经济效益。 Main shaft, auxiliary Shaft and inclined air shaft at Majiata Coal Mine, Dongsheng coal field in Inner Mongolia, are covered with 11m colian sand, including 1m wind drift sand bed. In order to sink through the sand bed, drop incliend sinking caisson was successfuly adopted after comparing with methods of ordinary sinking, pile sinking, freeze sinking ang sinking caisson and considering geological conditions. Length of incliend main shaft, auxiliary inclined shaft and inclined air shaft are 69.88 m, 50.2 m and 37. 1 m respectively.Degrees of dip 15°, 22°and 30° respectively. Reinforced concrete contruction was adopted in sinking caisson. Edge■ of caisson legs are made of steel plate, and concreted in middle. Assembled leg edges are packed with wooded pads under assembled leg edges, then levelled up. Reinforced steel bars are tied up and moulding boards are constructed. Last procedure is concreting symmertrically, even, layered and continueously. Procedures of digging earth, moving earth out, concreting and sinking are carrying on. Digging earth is carrying on in the caisson. When sinking is carrying on to ledge rock, bottom was covered, leg edges and ledge rock are concreted together. Cost per meter sinking shaft is 5370 yuan. 4783 yuan per meter Were saved as compared with cost 10153 yuan per meter shaft constructed by freeze sinking.752000 yuan on constructing 3 shafts are saved.
