摘要
目的:观察宽叶缬草对家兔心率和血压的影响。方法:记录Ⅱ导联心电图观察心率和心电图波型的变化,左颈总动脉插管记录家兔的动脉血压。结果:应用宽叶缬草后,心率降低,心电图ST段和T波持续时间延长,血压降低,以舒张压降低为主,此作用呈剂量依赖性,其可降低肾上腺素引起的心率加快和血压升高作用。结论:宽叶缬草能降低家兔的心率和血压。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Valeriana officinalis var latifolia miq（VOL） on the heart rat and the arterial blood pressure of rabbite. Methods： The Ⅱ lead of electrocardiogram was recorded, The arterial blood pressure of rabbite was measured by the carmula of left carotis communis. Resu/ts： After VOL injected into vein of rabbite, the heart rat was decreased, the length of ST segment and T wave was prolonged, the arterial blood pressure was decreased, the diastolic pressure was decreased lower than systolic pressure, it showed dose dependent. It could decreased the height of the heart rat and arterial blood pressure reduced by the adrenine. Conclusion： VOL could decreased the heart rat and arterial blood pressure of rabbite.
