摘要
分析了灰铸铁的焊接工艺性能,并对焊接过程中产生的缺陷进行分析后提出几点预防措施,在此基础上详细介绍了可用于灰铸铁焊接的各种焊接工艺方法以及焊前准备工作,这对提高灰铸铁的焊接质量以及选用合理的焊接工艺提供了理论和参考依据,具有一定的现实意义。
Analyze the welding craft characteristics of gray iron and shortcoming that produced in the welding process with obtaining several preventive measures,and give an detail introduction on the each welding technique of gray iron as well as the preparatory work based on the foundation front,these provide basis for the welding performance of the gray iron as well as selecting the reasonable welding craft,and have a certain practical significance.
