介绍了新汶矿务局煤气厂的概况、φ1.6m水煤气两段炉工艺及设备特征和三种煤(大同煤、孙村煤、准格尔长焰煤)的试验结果。
Demonstration factory with φ1,6 m two-stage water gas generator was established and put in operation at Xinwen Coal Bureau in Shandong provence by Branch for Coal Chemistry,Central Coal Mining Research Institute,The paper discusses general situation of the demonstration factory, process of the generator, specification of equiment and testing results of three ranks of coal, Datong coal, Suncun coal and candle coal from Zhungeer coa mine. Results of factory testing run indicate that process is reasonable and reliable; main economical and technical targets achieved requiments of design; selection and designof automatand control instruments are reasonable and satisfies requiment of process. Gacification process of two-stage water gae generator is a new technology for providing residents at middle, smale cities, as well as mining areas town gas. The achievements are helpful for developing home-made equipment.
