连薤胶囊拆方提取对盐酸小檗碱转移率的影响

摘要 目的考察连薤胶囊拆方提取对盐酸小檗碱转移率的影响。方法将处方拆分成8组,每组用950mL70%乙醇回流提取30min,以处方药材黄连中所含小檗碱为指标,用高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果黄连单独提取所测得小檗碱含量最高,其它依次是黄连与姜半夏;黄连与薤白;黄连与瓜蒌皮;黄连、薤白与姜半夏;黄连、瓜蒌皮与姜半夏;黄连、薤白与瓜蒌皮;黄连、薤白、瓜蒌皮与姜半夏。结论处方中其它三味药材均对盐酸小檗碱提取率有一定影响,配伍越多小檗碱含量提取率越低。 Objective Inspecting the impact of extraction of different compatibility for Lianxie capsules on the berberine hydrochloride transfer rate. Methods Lianxie capsules prescription was decomposed into 8 groups, each group flux extracted 30 min with 950 mL 70% ethanol. Aimed with berberine hydrochloride in C. chinensis Franch, its contents was determined by HPLC. Results The content of berberine hydrochloride which was determined from single extraction of C. chinensis was the highest, another sequence is such as C. chinensis Franch and Rhizome Pinelliae Preparata; C. chinensis and Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis; C.chinensis and Trichosanthes kirilowii; C. chinensis , Bulbus Allii chinensis , Trichosanthes kirilowii and Rhizome Pinelliae Macrostemonis and Rhizome Pinelliae Preparata; C. Preparata; C. chinensis, Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis and Trichosanthes kirilowii; C. chinensis , Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis, Trichosanthes kirilowii and Rhizome Pinelliae Preparata. Conclusion Another three medicinal materials in the recipe have a certain effect on the berberine hydrochloride extractive rate, the more compatibility and the lower content of berberine hydrochloride.
