摘要
研究了木质素与环氧氯丙烷、三甲胺合成木质素季铵盐的工艺。得到较佳的反应条件为:木质素5 g,环氧氯丙烷14 mL,三甲胺溶液(体积分数33%)30 mL,反应温度60℃,反应时间3.5 h。试验了该木质素季铵盐的絮凝性能。絮凝剂经红外吸收光谱测试,证实了木质素已经成功阳离子化。研究表明,此絮凝剂对高岭土分散体系、柠檬黄、胭脂红均有良好的絮凝性能。
Synthesis of cationic lignin flocculant by Lignin, epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine was obtained. The optimal technical conditions were resulted when lignin 5 g, epichlorohydrin 14ml, trimethylamine solution 30mL, reaction temperature 60 ℃ and time 3. 5 h. The products were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ( FTIR), and it indicated that lignin was modified to be a quaternary ammonium salt. The products as a flocculant were applied to kaolin suspensions, lemon yellow and cochineal. Resluts showed that cationic lignin exhibited the favorable floccluaiton performance.
