摘要
对云南省17个地市级药品检验所人力资源进行回顾性调查研究。结果表明,6年来人员学历层次有所提高,但边远地区仍缺乏高学历人员;职称结构有一定改善,但高职仍不足,中职人员所占比例太大,职称结构明显不合理。应创造条件,增加高职数。
A retrospective survey of the manpower of pharmaceuticals checking of 17 districts and municipalities in yunnan province was carried out.The results showed that during the last 6 years the staff curriculum level was somewhat raised but in the marginal districts there is still lack of high curriculum level staff;that the structure of the title of professional post was improved to some extent,but there is still lacking of higher professional post staff and the percentage of middle level ones is too big,indicating that the post structure is significantly unreasonable.Working conditions should be created to increase the number of high professional staff,that is to introduce and persuade those youth who have high aspiration to devote themselves for the construction and development of the border areas.
