摘要
本文结合我国煤矿具体情况,论述综采面快速搬家的技术途径。
There are several problems existing in mine transportation systems and roadways of the most old coal mines in China. The problems, such as complicated, many circles and multiloadings in the mine transportation system cause big problems to the transportation of large mining equipments in underground. The roadways in underground are in poor conditions and the crosssections of the roadways are small. Therefore, it is imposible to solve the problem of the large mining equipment transportation by the reform of those transportation systems and conditions. This paper introduced two transportation systems--rail clamping vehicle and free driven vehicle. In the transportation system of rail clamping vehicle, there are three circles for removal of hydraulic powered supports. The cirles are recovery, transportation and reset of the pwered supports. Changchou Development and Manufacturing Centre of Central Coal Mining Research Institute has developed a F-1 rail clamping vehicle system. This vehicle system can handle the powered support transportation from roadway via gateway to coal face. This transportation is continuous transportation by conventional rail and special rail without transfer loading. Free driven vehicle system is almost same as the rail clamping vehicle system, but the rail clamping is replaced by rubber wheels.
