摘要 炮采工作面推广微差控制爆破是中国煤炭学会爆破专业委员会第二届煤炭爆破学术讨论会爆破专家的建议。本刊发表这篇文章,供参考。 Millise cond control Blasting (MSCB) using millisecond 1 to 5 delay detonators and No.2, No.3 coal mining ammon explosives have been used at holing and blasting faces at Zhuzhuang and other collieies.MSCB has the advantage of blasting using series connection of instant detonator and explosives. MSCB increases free faces and safety; superimposes blasting stresses; disturbs seismic waves one andanother; makes coal even-graiaed, projective distance short and coal stacking up in si■u.Benefits of using MSCB are included in(1)increasing output of 42.5 to 62.5%;face abour efficiency of 35.3 to 65.8%; coal recovery rate of 15to 20%; (2)decreasing cost per ton ROM of 23.5 to 33.8%: explosives consumption of 8 to 11%; rate of props fallling caused by blasting of 70%; (3)shortening shooting time of a third; decresing caving accidents.The paper makes some suggestions to spread MSCB.
