细胞凋亡与癌症的治疗问题 被引量：5

摘要 细胞凋亡是保持生物体稳定性的重要基础,一旦这种凋亡作用紊乱将导致细胞的异常增殖,甚至形成癌症。随着对细胞凋亡机理的了解,现在已知癌症的治疗中。如化学疗法、放射线治疗法、温热疗法、BRM疗法都能诱发癌细胞的凋亡和坏死。细胞坏死时在细胞周围有白细胞聚集,引起炎症反应。而细胞凋亡能使细胞形成碎片,由巨噬细胞吞噬,不伴有炎症反应。对于机体的损害极小,是一种有成效的治疗方案。通过细胞凋亡相关的各种调节因素有可能提供癌症的有效新治疗方法和预防新措施。
