摘要
目的探讨联络精神病学在综合医院中的作用。方法回顾性分析３年内综合医院精神科向非精神科３１０例患者提供的４１１次会诊。结果总会诊率０．６％，其中５９．０３％的患者来自内科；会诊后的诊断主要为器质性疾病所致精神障碍（３６．５％）、神经症（３２．９％）、精神分裂症和情感性精神障碍（共１０６％）；会诊医嘱执行率达９８．１％；精神科问题经会诊处理后的总有效率达８９．２％。结论综合医院内精神科会诊可及时发现和治疗精神障碍。
Objective The aim of this paper was to analyze the status and role of consultation liaison psychiatry in the general hospital. Methods 411 consultations were analysed retrospectively among 310 patients from non psychiatric departments in a general hospital. Results The total consultation rate was 0.6%. The number of consultations was increased by 38.8% during 3 years. 59.03% of the patients were from the department of internal medicine. The main reasons of applying to consultation were psychotic symptoms caused by organic disease (44.2%) and mental disorder with complaint of physical symptoms(44.2%). The main diagnoses with consultation were as follows: concomitant mental disorder of organic disease (36.5%), neurotic disorder (32.9%),schizophrenia and affective disorder (10.6%). 98.1% of the medical order of the consultation had been carried out. The improvement rate of psychiatric problems with consultation was 89.2%. Conclusion Psychiatric consultation in general hospitals is helpful to discover and to treat mental disorder in time and to expand the psychiatric service.
