摘要
分析了新时期商品林面临的挑战和机遇,以及商品林现有的投融资方式,在此基础上,将商品林划分为产业型商品林和兼业型商品林两大类,并根据两者的特点,探讨了不同的投融资模式:(1)产业型商品林投融资模式;(2)兼业型商品林投融资模式。
The challenges and opportunities to commercial forest in the new era are analyzed, and the modes of commercial forest investment and financing are illustrated. Accordingly commercial forests are divided into two categories, industrial type and planting type. Based on characteristics of the two categories, the modes of investment and financing for industrial tye commercial forest and planting-typo commerical forest are explored, respectively.
