热浸镀钢材表面清洗的无害化方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了找到在热浸镀钢材表面清洗处理过程中替代铬酸的缓蚀清洗剂,以20%的铬酸洗液作参照,研究了添加烟酸或黄连素的盐酸洗液对热浸镀锌及锌铝合金镀层腐蚀产物的去除效果。研究结果表明,缓蚀酸液能够很好地去除镀层表面的腐蚀产物,清洗后没有出现腐蚀产物去除不净或者过度去除的情况。失重数据的对比分析显示,铬酸清洗和缓蚀酸液清洗两种方法具有很好的相关性,缓蚀酸液清洗方法完全可以替代铬酸清洗方法对热浸镀钢板进行表面清洗和腐蚀产物去除。 For purpose of finding chromate-substituting inhibitors in finishing process of hot dip coated steels, the effects of removing corrosion products for hot dip Zn and Al-Zn coated steels by inhibited hydrochloric acid within nicotinic acid or berberine were contrasted with the 20% chromic acid. The results show that inhibited hydrochloric acid can remove corrosion products of hot dip coated steels efficiently. Either shorting or excess removing are not exist. The correlation analysis on the weight loss data shows for chromate finishing method and HC1 inhibitor finishing method have a good relativity. The finishing method of inhibited hydrochloric acid can perform as a chromate-substituting method of removing corrosion products and efficient environment-friendly finishing method for hot dip coated steels in finishing process.
