摘要 观察3H—黄腐酸(3H—FA)在体内各部位的分布、浓度及其动态变化规律对黄腐酸(FA)与大骨节病之间关系的讨论甚有帮助。本文用3H—FA100μCi+FA2.0mg一次灌胃于雏鸡的结果表明,3H—FA在体内的分布是全身性的,没有器官和组织的选择性。软骨cpm值大约与(除粪便之外)被测9个样品的平均值相接近,且随时间的推移与血浆cpm值同步按比例下降,第3~24小时时皆为血浆的1/3。软骨未表现有结合FA的嗜性或亲和性,未看到软骨对FA有蓄积作用。软骨cpm及其相近于全身9个样品cpm的平均值是估量病区饮水FA总量进入机体后和后者软骨内可能含有FA分量的计算基础。 It is helpful on discussing the causal relation between fulvic acid (FA) and Kaschin Beck disease to observe the distribution, concentration and dynamic changes of 3H fulvic acid ( 3H FA) in each part of bodies. In this paper, 3H FA 100μ Ci+FA 2 0mg were poured into stomaches of chickens. The results showed that the 3H FA were distributed thoughout the whole bodies and there was no selectivity for any organ or tissue. The cpm of cartilage was nearly similar to the avarage one of 9 samples examined (except for feces). With passage of time, both cpm values of cartilage and of plas madeclined prolortionally and synchronously. The cpm value of cartilage was constantly 1/3 of that of plasma during 3rd~24th hrs in the experiment. Cartilage didn't show any “absorption” proporty or affinity to FA. The accumulation of FA in cartilage was also not observed. Both the cpm in cartilage and its value near to the mean cpm in 9 samples of the whole bodies are the foundation for estimating the fractional quantity of FA in cartilage after the sum of FA in drinking water has been taken in the organism.
