摘要
疟疾是一种全球性疾病,仍然威胁着人类的健康和生命。目前,疟原虫除了对青蒿素类未产生明显耐药性外,几乎对所有常规抗疟药都产生了抗性,然而新抗疟药的研制需要足够长的时间周期。近年来,能否在现有的非常规抗疟药物当中发现具有抗疟作用的药物,成为研究疟疾治疗的热点之一。本文对这些药物及其新近的研究进展做一综述。
Malaria,a disease that affects the entire globe,remains a threat to human health and life.With the exception of artemisinin derivatives to which it has not yet developed marked resistance,Plasmodium has now developed resistance to almost all of the conventional anti-malarial drugs.The development of new antimalarial drugs,however,requires a considerably long period of time.In recent years,whether or not new anti-malarial action can be found among non-conventional anti-malarial drugs has become a focus of research into malaria treatment. This paper reviews the recent progress of these drugs.
