摘要
为探讨焦炉逸散物及高温对作业工人血浆HSP70抗体滴度及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响,运用酶联免疫吸附鉴定法检测了85名焦炉工和73名非焦炉工血浆HSP70抗体滴度和TNF-α的含量。结果显示,焦炉工有51人出现1:10抗体阳性,21人出现1:20抗体阳性,分别占60%、28.2%;非焦炉工有23人出现1:10抗体阳性,11人出现1:20抗体阳性,分别占31.5%、15.1%,两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。TNF的含量焦炉组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果表明,焦炉逸散物和高温可导致机体受损、免疫功能发生紊乱。
In order to explore the effects of coke oven emission (COE) and high temperature on the dilution of antibody against HSP70 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF ) in plasma of workers,the dilution of antibody and contents of TNF-αof 85 exposed workers and 73 control workers were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that 51 exposed workers had a dilution of 1: 10 and 24 ones of 1: 20 whose positive rates were 60%, 28. 2% respectively, while in the control group there were 23 with 1: 10 and 11 with 1: 20 whose positive rates were 31. 5%,1 5. 1 % respectively. There existed a significant increase of TNF-α and the dilution of antibody against HSP70 (P<0. 05) in exposed group. These results suggested that COE and high temperature could result a immune disorders and cell damage in exposed workers.
