输气管道缺陷尺寸定量化及其概率分布特性研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过对四川某输气管道现场采样管段的室内缺陷探测,建立了以现场采样、无损检测、切割拉断和缺陷尺寸测试为主要过程的缺陷探测和尺寸定量化方法。对采样管段探测结果表明,管子内焊趾存在严重的表面裂纹,裂纹平均深度为1.91 mm,最大深度为3.85 mm。采用了正态分布、对数正态和威布尔分布拟合缺陷尺寸的概率分布规律,结果表明裂纹深度α最接近正态分布。 By in-door detection to sampling pipeline sections on a gas transmission pipeline site in Sichan, establishes defect detection and size quantification method based on main processes of field sampling, nondestructive inspection, cutting tension failure and defect size test. Result shows by means of detection to sampling pipeline sections that there exists serious surface cracks in pipe's inner toes, with average depth of crack in 1. 91mm and maximum depth in 3. 85 mm. Probability distribution laws of normal distribution, lognormality and Weibull distribution are adopted and result shows cracks depth a are most approximate to normal distribution.
