浅析冷战后美国对非洲援助政策的调整

摘要对非援助政策是美国外交政策的重要组成部分,是推行其国家战略的工具。冷战结束后,鉴于国内外形势的变化,美国对非援助进行了重大的调整,将援助与经贸、反恐、民主治理相结合,这在一定程度上促进了非洲的经济发展,有利于解决全球问题。但由于美国对非援助政策并不是完全利他的行为,其政策不可避免地存在局限性。
