摘要
在石油矿场设备中已应用的诊断技术主要有：压气站风机的振动监测与诊断、离心压缩机的状态监测、引风机主轴承座的不同心故障诊断、热处理工序中温度的红外监测、注水离心泵机组监测诊断系统、输油泵机组动态监测与保护系统。现在的问题是所采用的技术单调、应用范围窄小、在线技术缺乏和技术队伍短缺。建议石油行业尽快确立以预知维修为主的维修制度；建立一支高素质的设备诊断技术理论队伍；
Abstract This paper have studied diagnosis technology allied in petroleum equipment today and thought that the applied scope is strait,the technology is monotonous and the system of monitor & diagnose on line is scarce.Then,this paper gave a series of suggest including set up a system of prescient maintain,train high level people and set up centers about studying diagnose technology and engineering companies.
