维康颗粒预防大鼠疲劳型亚健康的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨维康颗粒对大鼠疲劳型亚健康的预防作用。方法应用负重强迫游泳+部分睡眠剥夺复合因素建立疲劳型大鼠模型。将40只大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照,模型对照组,维康颗粒高、中、低剂量组。观察大鼠的行为学表现,记录大鼠首、末次力竭游泳时间,用乳酸试剂盒测定血浆乳酸含量,用自动生化分析仪检测血清尿素氮含量。结果维康颗粒高、中、低剂量组均能不同程度地改善模型大鼠的行为学表现,提高大鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0.05),显著降低大鼠力竭游泳后血浆乳酸(P<0.05)和血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05)。结论维康颗粒可以预防疲劳型亚健康的发生。 Objective To observe the effects of Weikang-granules on rat fatigue model of subheahh. Method TThe rat fatigue model of subhealth status was established by partial sleep deprivation in,combinaton with forced swimming load. 40 rats were divided into five groups : the control group, the model group, and three groups administered with Weikang-granules at high, mediate, and low doses respectively. The behavioral changes of rats were observed, and the first and last exhaustive swimming time of rats was recorded. At the end of the experiment, blood was drawn from post abdominal aorta, and blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen levels were determined. Results The behaviors in the groups administered with Weikang-granules at high, mediate, and low doses were remarkably improved; compared with the model group, the last exhaustive swimming time of rats in the gropus administered with Weikang-granules increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen levels were remarkably reduced ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Weikang-granules had good effects on prevention of fatigue-subhealth status in rats.
