摘要
分子(或靶向)诊断成像已广泛应用于细胞生物学和核医学(PET和SPECT)。近几年来人们对医用超声的分子成像做了大量的研究。超声的靶向成像之所以受到医学界的关注是因为作为诊断成像技术,超声比磁共振、CT和核医学成像更普及,更方便并且更安全——对人体几乎没有任何伤害性。由于超声对超声微泡造影剂高度的敏感性使其成为继核医学之后最有发展前途的分子成像技术。本篇综述将介绍一些有关超声分子成像的基础知识、目前的研究方向以及未来在临床方面的应用。
Diagnostic molecular imaging has been widely applied in cell biology and clinical nuclear imaging (PET and SPECT). Recently, much effort has been made in the research of molecular imaging with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. This is because that ultrasound is widely available, easy to perform, safe (no ionizing and noninvasive), patient-friendly and inexpensive (compared to MRI, CT and radionuclear imaging). High sensitivity for contrast agent detection makes this technique become one of most attractive future techniques for molecular imaging after radionuclear medicine. This review describes the basis for ultrasound molecular imaging, and current interesting research topics and potential clinical applications.
