摘要
目的为了解我国不同年龄组健康儿童血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平。方法以放射免疫法分组测定462名0~14岁健康儿童血清PCⅢ含量。结果年龄越小,PCⅢ值越高,且在4岁内有较大差异。新生儿时PCⅢ高达833±156μg/L,7岁时则达到成人值为123±27μg/L。年龄与血清PCⅢ呈显著负相关,与正常小儿生长速率曲线变化呈一致性。结论血清PCⅢ水平与年龄密切相关,临床应用时应对照各年龄正常值。
Objective To explore the characteristics of serum procollagen type Ⅲ (PCⅢ) in different age groups of children. Methods Serum concentrations of PCⅢ were determined by radioimmuno assay (RIA) in 462 healthy children 0~14 years of age. Results There was a remarkable variation in the serum PCⅢ levels over the frist 4 years after birth. The highest level was found in infants. The value in newborns was 833±156 μg/L, which was six times as high as that at age of 7 years (123±27 μg/L) which was equal to adults level. A significant negative correlation was demonstrated between ages under 7 years and PCⅢ in serum. The variation of seurm PCⅢ with age was in parallel with the growth velocity curve for normal children. Conclusion Developmental change of serum PCⅢ levels is closely correlated with age. It is importent to refer to the normal serum PCⅢ of different age groups for clinical use in pediatric patients.
