摘要
目的探讨医学专业大学生学习自控力与学业成就及心理健康的关系。方法用学习自控力量表、SCL-90量表对653名医学专业大学生进行测查。结果学业成就高组自控力总分显著高于学业成就低组,男生表现明显;女生学业成就高组的SCL-90除"其他"因子外均显著低于学业成就低组。结论自控力强者学业成就高,心理健康水平高自控力是影响男生学业成就的主要因素,心理健康是影响女生学业成就的主要因素。
Objective To study the relationship of the self-control autonomous study, academic achievements and mental health of medical students. Methods A total of 653 medical college students were assessed with Self-control Autonomous Study Questionnair and SCL-90. Results The group with higher academic achievement got higher self-control marks than the group with lower one. That was significant among boys. Among the girls, the group with higher academic achievement reflected an obviously lower factors except that the factor ＂others＂ of SCL-90 than the group with lower one. There were significant negative correlation between both of the sense and inclination of self-control. Conclusion Self-control has played an important role in the medical students＇ academic achievement and their mental health. Self-control is the main factor to the boys＇ academic achievement as the mental health is to the girls＇.
