大鼠子宫腔内压测定的最适前负荷 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测大鼠寒性痛经子宫内压,确定最适前负荷。方法:在中性环境温度(28℃)下测定催产素诱导正常大鼠的宫腔压力变化,以用药后30min的曲线下单位面积计算子宫腔内压的最适前负荷(EP50)。结果:正常大鼠子宫腔内压最适前负荷为22.62mmHg,95%置信区间为3.07~166.97mmHg。结论:本研究建立了大鼠宫腔压力的无创检测方法。 Objective: To find a suitable preload for intrauterine pressures in rats. Method: The change of the intrauterine pressures in rats induced by oxytocin at thermoneutraJity (28℃) was measured, the intrauterine pressures were monitored for 30 minutes after oxytocin being given in intraperitoneal administration. The average area under pressure curve was used to calculate the effective half of the maximal pressure, as the suitable preload for intrauterine pressures in rats. Result: The effective half of the maximal pres- sure and its 95% confidence interval were 22.62 mmHg and 3.07 -166.97 mmHg in rats, respectively. Conclusion: A suitable preload of intrauterine pressure in rats is find out for pathological and pharmacological reserchings without wound.
