摘要
毫微粒作为药物载体具有许多优点,现已成为药剂学界研究的前沿热点之一。本文以三种常见的可生物降解聚合材料为例,综述了毫微粒的制备方法,同时介绍了毫微粒载体在靶向释药。
Nanoparticles employed as drug carriers, possess many advantages and have been attracted attention. This review provides an update on the technology available for preparation of nanoparticles with alkylcyanoacrylates monomer, albumin and poly(αhydroxy acid) polymers. As a matter of fact, nanoparticles are mainly taken up by the liver kupffer's cells, which therefore can be used for hepatic drug targeting. The modifications, such as coating nanoparticles or forming block copolymers, offer the possibility to reduce uptake by reticuloendothelial systems, bypass blood brain barrier, prolong systemic circulation and alter the body distribution of the carrier systems. In this paper, recent advances in drug targeting and carrier modifications are also discussed.
