摘要
三批诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液在40℃、RH75％的条件下连续放置3个月的加速稳定性试验，结果制剂色泽、pH值、澄明度药物含量、无菌检查等均符合规定；采用温度指数法（100℃，82℃）预测诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的有效期为3．01年。
The stability of compound norfloxacin injection was investigated for three months continuously under the condition of 40℃ and RH75%. The results showed that the color, pH, clarity, content and aseptic test of the injection fitted to the quality requirements. Estimative test by temperature coefficient method showed the expiry of compound norfloxacin injection shall be 3.01 years.
