摘要
本文报告了１３２例经手术或临床眼检证实白内障眼１７５只、正常眼８９只的高频超声显像。超声明确提示白内障诊断１７２只眼（１７２／１７５）。此外，超声还可提供晶体大小、白内障合并其它病理改变，是一种准确率高。
This paper reported the high freguency ultrasound (HFU) imaged 175 cataract eyes and 89 normal eyes that were proved by cataract examination or operation.The result showed that cataract has character ultrasoncgram,which is different from normal lens.The accuracy of HFU in diagnostic catarat was 98% (172/175).Besides,the preoperative or postoperative complications of cataract was found by HFU,such as retinal detachment and lens dislocations,et al.
