摘要
本文总结了我院早期发现、早期诊断胃癌的综合方法:X线钡餐双重或三重造影、纤维胃镜、B超和病理检查.遵循根治性、安全性、功能性的胃癌治疗原则,根据不同情况采用不同术式,术中采取保证残胃血运及吻合后无张力,合理处理残胃端等措施防止术后并发症的发生.
This article sums up early detection or diagnosis and surgical treatment of 106 patientswith cancer of the stomach in our hospital. We used the general methods uncluding barum - gas -cluble - radlogra phy or barium - gas - triple - radiography, fiberroptic gastroscopy, B - ulrtasonic and pathological examination. According to the rule of radical operation, sofety and function, different cases were offered concordant kinds of operation. To prevent postoperation complications, blood ciralation and non - tonictity of gastric remnant after anastomosis should be kept on.
