摘要
选择中密度纤维板静电粉末喷涂工艺试验涂膜厚度范围为80μm～200μm,分为6组,根据涂膜厚度与涂膜理化性能的关系,对每组工件的相关涂膜理化性能作相应的检测和分析,最终确定最佳涂膜厚度范围为160μm～180μm。
The film thickness range of 80μm-200μmof MDF powder coating process was choosed, and it was devided into six teams. The relative detection and analysis of each team＇ s workpieces was done according the relation between film thickness and its performance. At last, the best film thickness with 160μm～180μm was comformed.
