树突状细胞诱导的器官移植后免疫耐受

Dendritic cells induce immunological tolerance after organ transplantation

摘要 树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是当前发现的功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞(antigen-presenting cell,APC),其作为机体适应性T细胞免疫应答的始动者和调控者,已成为目前器官移植领域的研究热点。本文就树突状细胞的生物学特性、体外扩增培养、诱导移植免疫耐受的机制等方面的研究进展做一综述。 Dendritic cell (DC) is the most efficient kind of antigen-presenting cell (APC) at present, As the primer and controller of T cellular immunologic response, DC has become a research hotspot in the domain of organ transplantation nowadays. This paper reviewed the biological feature, culture in vitro and the mechanism of inducing immunological tolerance of dendritic cells.
