摘要
我国外交在过去的六十年里取得了辉煌的成就,这些成就的取得,既要归功于我国始终坚持独立自主的和平外交政策,也与中国政府根据国内外形势的变化,不断作出战略调整有关。新中国外交坚持外交宗旨和原则的"不变",是为了确保我国外交不偏离社会主义发展方向,而"变"则是为了适应国内外环境的变化,以便更好地实现国家利益和国家目标。新中国外交体现了"变"与"不变"、原则的坚定性和策略的灵活性的对立统一。
China＇s diplomacy has achieved great success in the past six decades, which attributes not only to Chinas unchanged adherence to the independent foreign policy of peace, but also to that our government strategically adjusted our foreign policy according to the situation at home and abroad. In order to make sure that our foreign policy will not departure from socialism, we insist on that the purposes and principles should not change~ on ~he other hand, we adjust our foreign policy according to the situation at home and abroad in order to better realize our na- tional interests and aims. New Chinas foreign policy symbolizes the unity of opposites of the changes and unchanges, firmness and flexibility.
