摘要
结合公路建设项目管理的特殊性,构建了执行控制体系评价指标体系,提出了定量指标的取值公式,创新性地将可拓理论用于公路工程执行控制体系评价,创建了执行控制体系评价模型,系统地解决了这一复杂体系的评价问题。运用此评价指标体系及方法对珠江黄埔大桥项目执行控制体系进行评价,确定了评价等级及薄弱环节,为进一步完善执行控制体系提供依据,以保证项目目标的顺利实现。研究表明,该方法用于执行控制体系评价是科学、可行的。
Evaluation index seytem of the execution control system of highway construction management is constituted according to the particularity of highway construction management, among which the assignment formula of the quantitative indexs is defined and extension theory is applied to evaluating the execution control system innovatively. The comprehensive evaluation model of the execution control system is built so as to solve the problem of evaluating this complex system. With this model, the execution control system used in Huangpu Bridge project is evaluated. The evaluation grade is educed and from the evaluation process, the weakness of the execution control system is known, which provides references for perfecting the system. It is concluded from research that applying this comprehensive extension evaluation method to evaluate the execution control system is scientific and feasible.
