沥青混凝土路面层间黏结强度及桥面防水层黏结强度试验研究 被引量:9

Experiment and Study on Bond Strength of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Layers and Bridge Waterproofing Layer

摘要 为了检测沥青混凝土路面层间黏结强度及桥面防水层黏结强度,开发了可用于现场和室内试验用的拉拔仪和剪切仪。用该仪器对某城际快速干线在修筑过程中进行了106个试样的现场试验,不仅得到了该快速干线沥青混凝土路面层间黏结强度及桥面防水层黏结强度的分布规律,而且对施工质量起到了监控作用。研究成果可为其他沥青混凝土路面和桥面施工质量控制提供参考。 In order to detect the inter-layer bond strength of the asphalt concrete pavement and bridge waterproofing layer, the test instruments are developed, which can been used in drawing and shearing tests in the field and laboratory. By using the instruments, 106 sample tests are made at an inter-city expressway during its constructing course. It not only got the distribution of the bond strength on the asphalt concrete pavement layers and bridge waterproofing layer but also played a role on monitoring the construction. The research results of the paper can be reference for other asphalt concrete pavement and bridge construction quality control.
