摘要
斜拉桥索塔下横梁支架计算时,一般均采用整个横梁的自重荷载。当下横梁分为2~3次浇注时,该荷载一般偏大2-3倍,则支架等设备安全度富裕过大,经济性就较差。荆岳长江公路大桥下横梁施工计算时,采用下横梁支架与已浇预应力混凝土共同承受未浇混凝土重量,在保证永久和临时结构安全的情况下,取得良好的经济效应,可供同类工程参考。
The scaffolding system for the down cross-beam of the cable-stayed bridge could be designed by all selfweight usually.It is 2~3 times than actual load when construction of concret is divided to twice,so it is very diseconomy.The calculating is used by prestressed concrete and the scaffolding system supporting selfweight together before insuring safety,it takes better economy.The thought and the conclusion can be referred for the similar bridge construction.
