摘要
浙江省户外运动具有独特的发展条件和优势,近年来表现出参与人群的数量不断增加,户外运动俱乐部不断涌现,户外活动多样性不断提升,专业技术人才队伍不断壮大的特征。然而,在繁荣背后仍存在着潜在的危机和问题。要保证浙江省户外运动持续、快速和健康发展,须整体上把握浙江省户外运动发展现状和趋势,并从法律法规建设,户外运动基地建设,专业人才培养,区域性应急救援组织建设等多方面采取更为有效的措施。
Outdoor sports in Zhejiang province have distinctive condition and advantages for development. In recent years, it shows us many characteristics such as the continuous increase of participating population and the outdoor sports clubs, the improvement to the diversities of outdoor sports, and the enlargement of the teams of talent in this field. However, there exsits many crisis and problems behind the prosperity of outdoor sports. For instance, the accidents of outdoor sports are rising year by year. To guarantee the outdoor sports in Zhejiang developing in a sustainable, rapid, sound manner, we should consider the overall factors of the current situation and tendency, and then take efficient measures on extensive fields such as the laws and regulations establishment, sports bases establishment, talents cultivation,and the regional first-aid associations＇ establishment.
