摘要
本文引入了有理函数矩阵右零空间标准基的概念．对于m个输入，P个输出的右可逆线性系统，我们应用这个概念，得到了动态状态反馈解耦（m≥P）和Morgan问题（m=P）有解的新的充要条件．
In this paper a new concept called normal base of right null space for rational matrix is introduced. For right invertible linear systems with m inputs and p outputs,we give new sufficient and necessary condition of decoupling problem by dynamic state feedback (m≥p) and of Morgan's problem (m=p).
