摘要
为了更好地服务国家经济社会发展,巩固和提升我国电网的技术领先水平和国际竞争力,国家电网公司提出了建设中国特色统一坚强智能电网的战略发展思路。介绍国内外智能电网发展历程,我国统一坚强智能电网发展战略和路线,以及智能电网发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度、通信信息等环节的发展目标和技术路线。
To provide better services for economic and social development, consolidate and upgrade the technologically ad- vanced level and international competitiveness of Chinese power grid, the State Grid Power Corporation has advanced the development strategy of constructing unified strong smart grid with Chinese characteristics. This paper describes smart grid development process at home and abroad, the de velopment strategies and roadmap of Chinese unified strong smart grid,the development goals and technical route of generation, transmission, substation, distribution, consumption, dispatching, communication information, etc.
