摘要
从国民收入分配角度分析了我国居民消费率下降的原因,认为居民边际消费倾向的下降、居民部门在国民收入初次分配中的比重下降和居民部门在国民收入再分配中没有得到补偿是居民消费率下降的主要原因。提出了建立和完善覆盖面更广的社会保障体系以及在国民收入再分配中加大对居民的转移支付力度等政策建议。
This paper analyzes why the household consumption rate is decreasing in the perspective of national income distribution. The results show that the reasons are the decrease of marginal propensity to household consumption, the declining proportion of household income in the primary distribution of national income and the household sector does not receive the compensation in the redistribution process. From these conclusions above, this paper gives the policy proposals on establishing and perfecting social security system as well as increasing transfer payment to residents.
