摘要
目的探讨江苏省仪征市2007年"彭年光明行动"白内障手术效果及并发症原因。方法对仪征市"彭年光明行动"施行的白内障手术效果及并发症进行统计分析。结果2007年仪征市进行了413例(448眼)白内障复明手术。常见并发症包括:后囊破裂27眼(6.02%),虹膜损伤19眼(4.24%),脉络膜下暴发性出血1眼(0.22%),前房积血11眼(2.46%),角膜水肿51眼(11.38%),一过性高眼压18眼(4.01%),迟发性眼内炎1眼(0.22%)。448眼中有440眼脱盲(98.21%),379眼脱残(84.60%)。结论仪征市白内障复明手术质量良好;政府部门或慈善机构应加强各种复明行动中基层眼科医师的培训,真正做到消除可避免盲。
Objective To investigate the causes of different complications and surgical quality of cataract about Pengnian Brightness Action in Yizheng county, Jiangsu Province. Methods The causes of different complications and operational quality were investigated and statistically analyzed. Results the investigation, 448 eyes of 413 cases had undergone cataract surgeries in 2007. The common complications were posterior capsular rupture in 27 eyes（6.02% ）, iris damage in 19 eyes （4. 24% ）, temporary intraocular hypertension in 18 eyes （4.01% ）, corneal edema in 51 eyes （ 11.38% ）, fulminating choroidal hemorrhage in 1 eye （0.22%）, hyphema in 11 eyes （2. 46% ）, tardive endophthalmitis in 1 eye （0.22%）. Of 448 eyes, 440 eyes（98.21% ） got rid of blindness, 379 eyes（84.59% ） got rid of handicap. Conclusions Thecurrent status after cataract surgery for ＂blindness＂ has been ideal in Yizheng. The skillful education for oculist of primary level shoud be strengthened by government and charity organizations in all kinds of cataract surgery for ＂blindness＂. Increase the surgical proportion of primary oculist and their surgical quality, then the blindress which can be avoided would realy be curing.
