摘要
介绍了知识个性化服务技术的应用范围及主要服务方式。用户的兴趣和行为表达、聚类与分类、个性化信息服务安全与系统评价等技术内容为目前重点关注的领域。知识产权与隐私保护、知识服务评价与反馈机制的建立、系统复杂性与易用性等问题尚待研究解决。将各种个性化服务整合起来,形成基于资源整合的集成模式,通过统一的用户界面提供"一站式"服务,是未来知识个性化服务发展的一个重要方向。
The application scope and main service forms of personalized knowledge service techniques were introduced. The interest and behavioral expression of users, techniques of clustering and cataloguing, personalized information service security and system evaluation are the focused fields at present. Problems in protection of knowledge rights and privacy, establishment of knowledge service evaluation and feedback mechanisms, system complexity and easy usability have yet to be studied and solved. It is the important direction of future personalized knowledge service to form a resource integrationbased integrated mode for providing "one-station" service through the unified user interface by integrating different personalized services.
