摘要
生态城市作为解决城市可持续发展的最佳途径,已经成为一种全新的城市发展模式。然而城市物流活动正在给城市生态环境带来不可忽视的负面影响,因此,在我国生态城市建设过程中,必须重新审视城市物流规划的制定,要更多地将绿色物流的理念贯穿于生态城市物流规划之中。为了更好地推动我国生态城市物流规划的制定与完善,作者借鉴了发达国家在城市物流的绿色化、生态化管理方面的成功经验,总结了生态城市物流规划应遵循的基本原则,并在健全政策法规体系、完善决策与监督机制、加快绿色运输工具的研发与推广、组建城市共同配送体系等方面提出具体的规划建议。
The ecological city is the best way to realize the city＇s sustainable development and an urban development model.However,urban logistics activities are bringing about a lot of nonnegligible negative influence to urban ecological environment.Therefore,in the process of constructing the ecological city,we must reexamine the city＇s logistics plan and apply the green logistics＇ idea in the planning-making.In order to the improve the ecological city＇ logistics plan,the author uses for reference the successful experiences of the green Logistics and the ecological logistics of the city in the developed countries,summarizes the basic principles of making the ecological city＇ logistics plan,and puts forward several specific policy suggestions.
